01. Overview
IRA Ball Sort (“the App”, “we”, “our”) is a casual colour-sorting puzzle game for Android, published by NRDDA Tech, Hyderabad, India. It is designed around privacy by default: you can install it, play it to the end, and never create an account.
Key takeaways
- No registration required. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location.
- Your progress lives on your device โ levels, stars, skins, and coin balance are saved locally.
- We run no server. NRDDA does not operate a backend for this game; everything that leaves your device goes to a Google service.
- Ads are on by default and can be removed by purchasing the premium upgrade.
- Cloud save is optional and only happens if you choose to sign in with Google Play Games.
02. What is collected, and by whom
We collect no personal identifiers directly. The game does integrate standard Google SDKs, and those collect the following:
Your game progress
Stored: levels cleared, stars earned, coin balance, unlocked skins and themes, daily streak state, and your sound, haptics, and ad preferences.
Where: in private app storage on your device, protected by the Android sandbox. Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling removes it (unless you enabled Play Games cloud save, in which case a copy remains with Google โ see section 03).
Google AdMob
The game shows interstitial ads between levels and optional rewarded video ads you can watch in exchange for coins or hints. A consent notice is shown before ads begin, and you can reopen it at any time from Settings › Privacy inside the game.
Data collected: Google Advertising ID (GAID), IP address, device model, operating system version, mobile network operator, ad interaction events, and anti-fraud signals.
Your control: the most reliable control is your device-level setting โ reset or delete your Advertising ID under Android Settings › Google › Ads. Deleting it stops personalised advertising across every app on the device, this one included. You can also remove ads entirely by purchasing the premium upgrade.
Firebase Analytics and Remote Config
Data collected: an anonymous app-instance ID, gameplay events (levels cleared, stars earned, game mode chosen, store screens viewed), session duration, device model, and OS version.
Purpose: aggregated gameplay analysis, tuning level difficulty, testing features, and improving stability. Remote Config lets us adjust difficulty parameters without shipping an update. None of this is tied to your real-world identity.
Firebase Crashlytics
Data collected: crash stack traces, memory state at the time of the crash, device orientation, device model, OS version, and technical log messages.
Purpose: finding and fixing crashes and runtime errors quickly.
03. Optional features that change what is collected
Neither of the following happens unless you choose it. Skipping both leaves the game fully playable.
Google Play Games โ cloud save, leaderboards, achievements
Data collected: your Play Games player ID, gamer handle or display name, achievement unlock status, high-score metrics, and encrypted game-save snapshots.
Purpose: synchronising progress across devices, restoring your save after a reinstall, and showing leaderboards. Note that appearing on a leaderboard means your Play Games gamer handle and score are visible to other players.
Note: Play Games authentication is handled entirely by Google Play Services under your own Google Account settings. We never see your Google password.
Google Play Billing โ in-app purchases
The game offers optional purchases, such as removing ad breaks and buying coin packs.
Data collected: purchase tokens, order IDs, product identifiers, and entitlement status.
Payment security: every transaction, card detail, and billing record is processed exclusively and securely by the Google Play Store. We never view, collect, or store your card number or financial account details.
04. Android permissions we declare
| Permission | Category | Why the app needs it |

VIBRATE | Device feature | Haptic feedback when tapping flasks, pouring balls, and completing levels. Can be toggled in settings. |
POST_NOTIFICATIONS | Notifications | Daily challenge and streak reminders on Android 13 and above. These are generated locally on your device. |

com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID | Advertising | Allows Google AdMob to access the Advertising ID to serve ads in line with your consent choice. |
The game does not request access to your contacts, SMS, camera, microphone, photos, files, or location.

IRA Ball Sort is a family-friendly puzzle game suitable for general audiences. We comply with COPPA, GDPR protections for children, and Google Play Families policy requirements:
- We do not knowingly request or collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU).
- Advertisements served through AdMob are configured to comply with child-directed ad policies and age-appropriate content restrictions.
- If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
08. Your rights and controls
- Review the ad consent notice: open the game and tap Settings › Privacy.
- Reset or limit your Advertising ID: Android Settings › Google › Ads › Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID. This is the control that reliably stops personalised ads.
- Clear local game data: Android Settings › Apps › IRA Ball Sort › Storage › Clear data.
- Delete cloud save and the Play Games connection: open the Google Play Games app, go to Settings › Your data › Delete Play Games account & data, and select IRA Ball Sort.
- Access or erasure requests: email us about any diagnostic data processed on our behalf, and we will respond within 30 days, free of charge. This applies under India’s DPDP Act, EU/UK GDPR, and California’s CCPA/CPRA โ and we honour it for everyone regardless of location.
09. Security and retention
- In transit: all communication with AdMob, Firebase, and Google Play uses HTTPS/TLS.
- On device: local save data is stored in private app storage protected by the Android sandbox.
- Retention: analytics and crash data are retained by Firebase on Google’s standard schedules (typically 14 months for analytics). Local save data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall. Cloud saves persist in your Play Games account until you delete them.
No system is perfectly secure. We use industry-standard measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect app updates, new legal requirements, or service changes. Any change is posted here with an updated effective date at the top.
